Zep hit the ring by storm.  His first weekend out, Zep was Winners Dog from the 6-9 puppy class on the Greater Twin Cities Sumac Cairn Terrier Club Specialty weekend for a 4 point major win.  He followed that success with a Reserve Winners Dog win at the Cairn Terrier Club of Southern California Specialty on the Great Western weekend.  The entry was 99 Cairns!

Zep surprised his fellow Canadians by his appearance at the Red River Terrier Association show.  He picked up 2 points on the only day he was entered.  Kyle held Zep out of the ring for the Cairn Terrier Club of Canada National Specialty Weekend.  He enjoyed success throughout the weekend.  Zep garnered Winners Dog, Best of Winners and Best of Breed Puppy on the Sunday show.  He was Reserve Winners dog to his older brother on the Saturday show, and also won his Senior Puppy class at the all breed sweepstakes class of 15 on Thursday night!

Zep  finished his Canadian Championship in just six shows in tough competition.  He finished his Canadian Championship in style, winning Winners Dog, Best of Winners, Best of Breed, Best of Breed Puppy, Terrier Group III, Terrier Puppy Group I and Best PUPPY in Show!!!

Zep  finished his American championship by garnering a Specialty Best of Winners win!  He came down to compete in tough competition each time.  Zep finished with three 4 point majors and one 5 point major.  He was also Reserve Winners dog the SCCTC from the 6-9 Puppy Dog class on the weekend of the Roving National in 2005.

Zep  is a promising young dog.  He has a beautiful length of neck and strong topline, with a good tail set and carriage.  He like his brother, Seeker, came into the world owning it and brings this presence into the ring.
